What are the delivery charges? We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 499, within India. For all orders below INR 499, we charge an additional delivery charge of just INR 50.

How long will it take for my order to reach me? Your order will be dispatched within 2 business working days. However, in certain rare circumstances, the order may take a little longer to be dispatched. After dispatching, it will take between 5 to 6 business working days for major cities and about 7 to 12 days for remote locations. For certain remote areas, which are not serviceable by major courier partners, the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 12 -15 days depending on the location.

What if I want to make a change to the delivery address? We completely understand. All you need to do is either email us on hello@momminess.com or call us on +91 7558977438 and inform us of the desired changes. However, we suggest that you do this as soon as possible after the order is placed, to avoid any costs.

How can I keep a track of my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the name of the courier company as well as the tracking ID/Number. You will be able to track your order easily using these details.
Delivered but not delivered: Our delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your order before it is returned back to us. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will ensure a fast and hassle free delivery.
